The award is presented as part of a two day annual symposium presented by Loyola Law School 's Civil Justice Program, which seeks to focus public attention on the civil justice system.
The Civil Justice Program at Loyola Law School Los Angeles is made possible by the support of the Consumers Attorneys Public Education Fund, a program of the Consumers Attorneys Association of Los Angeles; the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel; the American Board of Trial Advocates; Daniels Fine Israel & Shonbuch, LLP; the Southern California chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates; and a generous anonymous donor. Funds raised will support the Civil Justice Program at Loyola Law School . Contributions are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
