Fees: Payment must be included with reservation

$550 – Super Saver Registration (by October 15, 2007)
$725 – Registration per person (after October 15, 2007)

Confirmations: Registration will be confirmed by mail.  The confirmation letter will also be your receipt.

Cancellations/Substitutions: Fax your cancellation notice to 213-487-1822 by 4:00 p.m. on November 2 for a refund (less a $75 administration  fee).  Substitution by another person for all or part of the  conference is permitted; however, only one set of materials will be given per registration. Substitutes must check in at the registration table.

Conference Materials: Conference attendees will receive one set of the materials. For those who wish to purchase conference materials only, the fee is $150.

MCLE Credit:

Loyola Law School is a State Bar of California MCLE-approved provider.  Daily attendance sign-in is required.

Day One = 7.45 hours of MCLE credit
Day Two = 5.45 hours of MCLE credit

Hotel Reservation Method: Reservations may be made, modified or canceled by individuals online. Individuals may also reserve rooms by calling Central Reservations at 800.843.6664 and referring to the group and meeting name "Loyola Law School-WCTEO". Reservations must be made on or before the cut off date - Monday, October 15, 2007 - before 5:00 p.m.

Conference Room Rates:

Single or Double Room Rate is $169 plus taxes.

State Government Rate is $110 - based on availability

Federal Government Rate is $104 - based on availability

Parking at the Hotel: Parking is Valet only with in and out privileges. Day Parking is $13 and Overnight Parking is $28.
