Confirmations: Registration will be confirmed by mail. The confirmation letter will also be your receipt.
Cancellations/Substitutions: Fax your cancellation notice to 213-487-1822 by 4:00 p.m. on November 6 for a refund (less a $75 administration fee). Substitution by another person for all or part of the conference is permitted; however, only one set of materials will be given per registration. Substitutes must check in at the registration table.
Conference Materials: Conference attendees will receive one set of the materials. For those who wish to purchase conference materials only or an additional set of materials, the fee is $150.
Loyola Law School is a State Bar of California MCLE-approved provider. If requesting an attendance certificate for CPE credit or the MCLE certificate, you must sign in Daily.
Day One = 7.45 hours of MCLE credit
Day Two = 5.45 hours of MCLE credit
Hotel Reservation Method: Reservations may be made, modified or canceled by individuals online. Individuals may also reserve rooms by calling 213.488.3500 or 800.325.3535 and referring to code WCTEO. Reservations must be made on or before the cut off date - Friday, October 23, 2009 - before 5:00 p.m.
