The day will include topics as Title IX and its impact on protecting transgender athletes, the battle between the Writers’ Guild of America and entertainment Agents and California’s new “Right to Publicity” law for NCAA athletes. Loyola Law Schools’ Professor Robert Brain will be giving the keynote speech on video game addiction.
