First Loyola Law School Jazz Salon for the Spring Semester

The music salon is "…a gathering of people under the roof of an inspiring host, held partly to refine the taste and increase the knowledge of the participants through music and conversation.” A Music Salon consciously aims to please and to educate.

Loyola will host its first Jazz Salon of the spring semester on Tuesday, January 29. This Salon will increase participants’ knowledge of a giant of the jazz guitar – Wes Montgomery. The musical selections and discussion will focus on the evolution of Wes’ music during his too short career. The discussion will be led by Gary Williams.

The Jazz Salon will be held in the Multicultural Room, Casassa 404, and will run from noon – 12:50 p.m. While the session is BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch), the Law School will provide liquid refreshments.

Students, staff and faculty are welcome. Please come enjoy this Jazz Salon, which will consciously aim to please with beautiful music!!!!!!
