"Voces Inocentes" Movie Screening and Q&A
The Immigration Law Society and La Raza de Loyola are co-hosting a movie screening of "Voces Inocentes."
The film is based on the life experiences of screenwriter Oscar Torres. It takes place during the Salvadoran Civil War and captures the horrors of the military's use of children. Although the film takes place in 1986, the issues it explores are still seen today as children are forced to flee their home countries to escape violence.
Screenwriter Oscar Torres will be present for a question and answer session. Food and drinks will be served.
Space is limited. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org.
