Friday, November 17, 2006 8:45 am — 2:00 pm
Loyola Law School Campus,  919 Albany Street, Los Angeles, California

All attorneys face ethical issues, sometimes difficult ones, in the daily practice of law. Patent attorneys, prosecutors, litigators and in-house counsel face many of the same issues and other unique and potentially troubling ones. This Event will cover many of the more difficult issues including those which can affect the client's rights and those which can affect the attorney's right to continue to practice law.

Keynote Speaker: Michael Josephson,
