Friday, November 30, 2007
Loyola Law School Campus,  919 Albany Street, Los Angeles, California

This practical seminar will provide guidance from experts on identifying "subject matter" conflicts as well as useful tips from a panel of in-house attorneys and private practitioners on how to work with clients to handle this troublesome issue.  It will also address the proper way to obtain a conflict waiver.  Another panel of in-house attorneys will offer direction on how to approach and work with clients when a conflict waiver is under consideration.  This seminar will provide constructive advice to private practitioners on dealing with "subject matter" conflicts and on how clients view such conflicts and will provide helpful insight to in-house attorneys on how these issues are dealt with by other in-house attorneys.
